導出室とを連通口を介して連通し、この連通口の導入室
側に流体の過大圧時に連通口を閉止する制御弁を位置し
、この制御弁に接続するとともに連通口を導出室側に挿
通した制御体を、導出室側に発条で付勢されたダイヤフ
ラムに固定し、このダイヤフラムを介した位置の閉止室
に排気口を開口するとともにこの排気口を挿通した制御
体部分に、ダイヤプラムの破損時に発条の復元力で排気
口を閉止する閉止弁を固定形成した事を特徴とする流体
制御装置。An introduction chamber provided with a fluid inlet and an outlet chamber provided with a fluid outlet are communicated via a communication port, and a control valve is provided on the introduction chamber side of the communication port to close the communication port in the event of excessive fluid pressure. A control body that is connected to this control valve and whose communication port is inserted into the outlet chamber is fixed to a diaphragm that is biased by a spring toward the outlet chamber, and the air is exhausted into the closed chamber through this diaphragm.
