Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 断面角形の凹部を有する下金型と、該下金型の凹部に対
    応して嵌合される凸部を有する上金型と、前記下金型の
    対向する凹部側壁に面会して配置する１対の第１のコア
    と、該第１のコアの内側面にその側面を面会して配置す
    る第２のコアとからなる清拭用ゴムブレード成形用金型
    であって、第１および第２のコアを共に鉄製とし且つ第
    １のコアの少なくとも一方の内側面に、第２のコアの側
    面によって押圧されて塑性変形可能な銅、真鍮、アルミ
    ニウムの内のいずれかの金属またはフッ素樹脂からなる
    厚さ１〜１０μｍのコーティング層を設けると共に、該
    コーティング層に前記第２のコアの側面をくい込ませて
    清拭用ゴムブレードエッヂを成形するためのエッヂ部を
    形成してなることを特徴とする清拭用ゴムブレード成形
    用金型。
