As shown in Figure 1, the publication No. A composite bulking device has been proposed in which a core yarn supply roller (3), an effect yarn supply roller (II), and a fluid treatment nozzle (/) are provided. Even if the supply solar (3) in the twisting machine is used in conjunction with fluid processing, it is unavoidable to install both the core yarn supply roller (3) and the effect light supply roller (lI), which requires large equipment. There were drawbacks that required investment.

Between the yarn take-up roller, there is a fluid treatment nozzle, a twisting guide, a heater, a balloon prevention guide,
and a false twist spindle are provided in the above order.

The effect yarn (, 2) is overfed from the core yarn (1) for fluid treatment, and then the twist prevention guide (//), the heater upper guide (6), the heater (7), and the balloon prevention guide (
/C), the false-twisting spindle (J) is sequentially passed through the false-twisting process, and finally the material is taken off by the take-off roller (9).

As a result, ballooning on the heating side is likely to occur due to large frictional resistance during heating and untwisting of the spinner in the spindle. If this ballooning is too large, processing becomes unstable, but this can be solved by using a balloon prevention guide.
