DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a novel method for producing a spun light-style specially processed yarn, and more specifically to a method for producing a spun light-style specially processed yarn with excellent cohesiveness using multifilament yarn. be.

Conventionally, as a method for producing spun light-air-processed yarn using multifilament yarn, there has been a known method in which a single yarn or multiple yarns are supplied in so-called taslan processing, that is, bulk processing using a non-swirling air-jet fluid flow. However, in all of these methods, it is customary to supply multifilament raw silk (raw silk), so although the resulting product has an appearance similar to 1st grade spun yarn, it has a poor texture. In general, it is undesirable because it looks like a raw thread, and when trying to improve the cohesiveness of the thread for the purpose of improving the process efficiency of Shikamo weaving and knitting, it is necessary to improve the fluid pressure of the taslan processing. However, there are drawbacks such as there are limits to improving the fluid pressure both economically and in terms of equipment.

The present invention aims to improve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and provide a new manufacturing method for special processing of spun fiber optics that can produce products with high cohesiveness and thinness similar to spun yarn products. However, after the thermoplastic synthetic fiber multifilament yarn is false-twisted and crimped, it is subsequently introduced into a non-swirling air-jet fluid region, and the same or different kind of multifilament yarn is introduced into the fluid region at a rate of 10% or more, 200% more than the yarn. The following is a method for producing spun light-finished specially processed yarn, which is characterized in that fluid treatment is carried out by introducing and entraining at an excessive supply rate.

Next, to explain the present invention in detail, the first configuration of the present invention is that the thermoplastic synthetic fiber multifilament yarn A is false-twisted, and after the false-twisting process, it is introduced into a non-swirling air jet fluid region, and The purpose is to perform fluid treatment by oversupplying and entraining multifilament yarns B of the same or different types.

In other words, if the fluid treatment is applied immediately after false twisting, the yarn will be processed at the point where the swirling properties given by the false twisting process are the highest, so in addition to the fiber entanglement in the fluid, the twisting will improve the cohesiveness. This improves yarn entanglement even at low injection fluid pressure.

In addition, as a result of various comparative studies of the case in which fluid processing is performed by supplying pre-falsified twisted yarn and green thread in normal Taslan processing, and the case where fluid processing is performed immediately after false twisting as described above. It has been found that, in order to obtain a yarn with the same degree of conjugation, the latter fluid processing immediately after false twisting requires a fluid pressure approximately 24 times that of the former.

Incidentally, the reason why the fluid pressure when the former false-twisting process is performed in advance and then subjected to the taslan process is higher than the latter is because the turning performance deteriorates over time after the false-twisting process.

Further, in a second configuration of the present invention, during the fluid treatment in the first configuration, the B yarn is placed in the fluid region at least 10% more than the A yarn.
The aim is to supply at an oversupply rate of 0.00% or less.

Therefore, overfeeding B yarn by at least 10% over A yarn means that the loops generated by the effect yarn will float slightly higher than the core yarn, and the overfeed rate is the minimum necessary to obtain the spinning light effect. It is.

However, if the oversupply rate becomes too high, the core yarn will be completely surrounded by the effect yarn, and the performance of the false twisted textured yarn possessed by the core yarn will be lost, and the effect of using the false twisted textured yarn will be lost.

When the overfeed rate is greater than 200%, the apparent thickness of the yarn increases, and a bulky yarn with desirable cohesiveness cannot be obtained unless the processing speed is reduced or the fluid pressure is increased excessively.

In addition, in the case of bulky yarns where the performance of false twisted yarns is lost due to high overfeeding rates, the resulting product looks like spun yarn at first glance, but has a texture similar to that of raw yarn and is poor in elasticity, resulting in a normal taslan finish. .

In the present invention, it is necessary to perform the fluid treatment with a non-swirling fluid flow, and with a swirling fluid flow, the mixed fiber entanglement of the false twisted yarn and the multifilament yarn is insufficient, and the false twisted yarn is The result is a thread with multifilament thread wrapped around it in an unstable manner.

In this way, the characteristics of the spun light-style specially processed yarn obtained in the present invention are that the core yarn is a false twisted yarn, and the effect yarn is a plain yarn, which is strongly mixed and entangled under oversupply. The appearance effect of the product is determined by the raw end side of the effect yarn.
The texture is determined by the characteristics of the false twisted yarn.

Therefore, it is possible to obtain a special texture effect by using special false twisting processing conditions, or use yarns with irregular cross sections, filament yarns, yarns with a large number of constituent fibers, yarns of different colors, yarns made of different materials, yarns with different dyeing properties, etc. It is also possible to create special appearance effects.

In addition, in the present invention, using a false twisted yarn as a core yarn is a good means for improving intertwining properties, but conversely, the resulting bulky yarn may have some swirling properties.

This may cause problems in the process and product quality in applications such as knitting, so it is appropriate to eliminate this swirling property, and the bulky yarn that has obtained high entangling property will not reduce the cohesiveness in the subsequent process. In order to prevent this from occurring, it is also possible to carry out setting through a thread setting process following the main processing.

Specifically, for example, using a two-heater false twisting machine, the nucleic acids are false twisted in a false twisting area with a first heater and subjected to fluid treatment in a fluid area immediately after exiting the first delivery roller to release nucleic acids. This can be carried out by continuously guiding the yarn to a second heater for setting processing, and then winding it up via a second delivery roller.
