Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 支持棒の一端にガラス形成原料をバーナノズルから導き
    熱酸化もしくは加水分解して付着させ、棒上の多孔質ガ
    ラス焼結体を作り、次いでその移動軸上に設けられた高
    温炉で上記焼結体を加熱透明ガラス化する光フアイバ母
    材の製造装置に於いて、上記バーナノズル部の基本構成
    が、バーナノズル反応管が、多孔質母材生成および加熱
    焼結炉の反応管とは別個になっていることを特徴とする
    光ファイバの製造装置。
