Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the progress of excessive treatment reaction due to an adhered chemical liquid in the air, in treating a material to be treated by immersing the same in a treating tank, by washing the material to be treated taken out of a chemical liquid at a position directly above the treating tank. CONSTITUTION:In treating a material F to be treated by electrolytic reaction or chemical liquid reaction, said material F to be treated is suspended by a truck mechanism including a truck 3 and immersed in the treating liquid L in a treating tank 1 to be treated by electrolytic reaction or etching reaction due to a chemical liquid. After preset treatment is completed, the material F to be treated is withdrawn upwardly from the treating liquid L by raising the basket 3f of the truck mechanism. At the same tiem, the tank lid 2 is slid to close the upper opening part of the treating tank 1 while the material F to be treated is washed by washing water from a nozzle S to wash off the chemical liquid adhered thereto and the progress of excessive reaction due to adhered chemical liquid is stopped. Washing water is discharged from the lid 2 through a receiving tray D to be prevented from entering the treating tank 1.

Detailed Description of the Invention When a workpiece is treated by an electrolytic reaction or a chemical reaction, the workpiece is sequentially transferred and immersed in a series of treatment tanks according to several processing steps to achieve surface treatment. However, there are various conditions for this process, such as cases in which there is a severe reaction with the processed material in each step, cases in which the reaction is mild, or cases in which the reaction in the previous step is stopped in the next step. If we closely observe the actual reaction, when we move on to the next process after finishing a certain treatment process, the treatment chemical solution (including the electrolyte) in that process is 1. It adheres to the surface of the object to be treated and is lifted up into the air, then immersed in the tank solution for washing; there are varying degrees of success until the conditions for stopping the reaction are met through one set alternation, neutralization, and equal ratio. The reaction continues. Depending on the degree and type, the above-mentioned reactions often do not have a negative effect on the processing quality of the object to be processed, and in particular, severe conditions are required in automatic surface treatment equipment equipped with a tlAl conveying means aimed at mass production. It's here.

g) At that point, the object to be treated that has been subjected to the above-mentioned cleaning treatment will, of course, stop the aerial reaction that has continued from the treatment reaction in the tank, but it will also take a while to wait until the flow of the cleaning solution has completely stopped. In order to reduce the time, it is possible to start the movement of the conveyor cart at an appropriate time (by adjusting the timer, etc.), that is, to match the speed to the direction of movement. The receiving time is effectively extended from the standstill state, which is an advantageous measure depending on the movement of the workpiece and the program as it moves along the processing steps.

h) In the above-mentioned situation (c), the gas and mist generated during the treatment reaction are sometimes absorbed and removed from the liquid space in the sealed target tank by the generated gas exhaust blower (Bχ', that is, in this process. Almost no generated gas or mist is dissipated into the surrounding area.

By configuring the functions in accordance with the above-mentioned order of action, the workpiece is subjected to regular treatment reactions in the target tank as necessary, minimizing the aerial reaction time that could easily lead to harm. In other words, it is extremely effective in stably improving processing quality. The main method is to shorten the airborne residence time using a secondary speed amplifier, and its limits are clear. In particular, when heat is generated depending on the type of reaction, the processing liquid adhering to the surface of the object to be processed evaporates in the air while concentrating and controlling the reaction. Under adverse conditions, the object to be processed may partially over-react, resulting in defective products. It may happen.

However, according to the present invention, (i) when the object to be treated is pulled out of the tank liquid, the tank lid is slid almost simultaneously, and the top of the tank is sealed, and then the object to be treated is washed with a shower. Since the time for the reaction to continue in the air can be minimized, most of the negative effects are eliminated.

(11) Also, since it protects the chemical solution in the target tank from infiltration with the cleaning solution, it is safe for management and maintenance of the processing chemical solution, and the cleaning solution can be used in a wide range of ways, including not only washing water but also neutralizing solution showers. In addition, economic benefits can be expected by adopting a liquid flow discharge mechanism that enables circulation and reuse.

(iii) Also, most of the gas and mist generated by the processing reaction in the target tank are discharged from the exhaust blower since the tank is sealed with a lid.
Since it can be discharged under controllable conditions, it is safe and highly effective as a pollution control measure.
