Among these, for paints that require high quality, such as automobile exterior paint, a phosphate-based chemical conversion treatment that forms a zinc phosphate film or an iron phosphate film is usually performed. .

The degreasing process and the chemical conversion process in this phosphate chemical conversion treatment apparatus require heating of the treatment liquid. The object to be processed after being processed in the degreasing device and the chemical conversion device and transported to the next water washing step is in a heated state and has the processing liquid attached to it. In conventional processing apparatuses, the heat taken out by the object to be processed is exchanged with the washing water of the washing process and then discharged outside the system, while the processing liquid is washed away by the washing water.

There was a risk that quality defects such as processing unevenness caused by this process would occur. Furthermore, the heat taken out by the object to be processed is completely wasted energy, which is not preferable from the viewpoint of energy saving.

By exchanging heat with the degreaser and chemical converter, and by introducing outside air and supplying water in the form of a spray, it is possible to reduce the amount of processing liquid carried out by the object to be treated from the degreasing device and the chemical conversion device, and to effectively utilize the heat carried out.

By stopping the chemical reaction of this treatment liquid, the distance to the washing process can be made longer than in conventional phosphate chemical treatment equipment, which further reduces the amount of treatment liquid carried out. .

装置。 In a phosphate chemical conversion treatment equipment in which a degreasing device, a water washing device, a chemical conversion device, and a water washing device are sequentially arranged, an auxiliary tank is installed downstream of the main tank of each of the degreasing device and the chemical conversion device in the direction in which the material to be treated is transported. At the same time, a spray means is provided for spraying the treatment liquid in the auxiliary tank, which is lower temperature than the treatment liquid in the main tank, onto the object to be treated, and outside air is supplied to the upstream and downstream sides of the spray means, so that the sprayed treatment liquid and the air are A feature of the present invention is that an outside air supply/discharge means is provided to bring water into contact with the system and exhaust the water out of the system, and further, a water supply means is provided downstream of the outside air supply/exhaust means for supplying water in a spray form toward the object to be treated. Phosphate chemical conversion treatment equipment.
