As a solution to stains on hands, clothes, etc. caused by printing ink when printing using these perforated various stencil printing sheets, the ink supply surface of the stencil printing sheet is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 104914/1983. There is a stencil printing original plate in which a printing ink-impermeable sheet covering the surface is fixed at a part of the periphery. In addition, Utility Model Application No. 51-1320, which was devised for easy printing using such a 0 stencil printing master plate,
There is a publication No. 07. In this device, heat-sensitive stencil printing paper is pasted on one side of a frame with a punched window so that its printing ink supply side is in contact with the other side of the frame.
This is a heat-sensitive stencil printing original plate with a printing ink-impermeable sheet pasted on its surface. The method described in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-132007 was proposed by the present inventors, and is printed using one type of printing ink on a stencil printing original plate.
In this case, there is an advantage that stencil printing can be performed without staining the hands, clothes, etc. of the operator.

However, when printing in multiple colors using two or more types of printing ink on such a stencil printing master plate, especially when there are large and small parts of the perforated image, it is necessary to When using printing inks of different colors, there will be differences in the amount of permeation of each printing ink through the image perforation, and during printing, the printing ink will sequentially diffuse from a section with a small amount of permeation to a section with a large amount of permeation, and the boundary portion will be Moving. Therefore, there is a drawback that clear multicolor printed matter cannot be obtained due to the movement of colors in multicolor printing. The present invention solves the aforementioned problems in multicolor stencil printing.

That is, the method of the present invention is a method for stencil printing in which two or more kinds of printing inks are applied in a layer between the base paper and the impermeable sheet of a stencil printing master plate comprising a stencil printing base paper and a printing ink-impermeable sheet. In the multicolor stencil printing method in which stencil printing is performed using a master plate, a string-like body that can be stretched in the vertical direction is interposed and fixed between the base paper and the impermeable sheet, and the The boundary surface of printing inks of different colors is separated by the string-like body, and the purpose is to prevent mixing or movement of the different color inks at the boundary surface and to obtain clear multicolor printed matter. It is something. The method of the present invention will be explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The heat-sensitive stencil printing base paper 1 is attached to the entire surface of a frame 2 made of paper or the like so that its printing ink supply side is in contact with one side of the frame 2, and the other side of the frame 2 is in contact with the other side of the frame 2. In this case, an ink-impermeable sheet 3 is pasted on one side of the frame 2, and the sheet 3 can be folded at the fixed side 3' of the sheet 3 and turned away from the base paper. As shown in FIG.
This is a stencil printing original plate in which a perforated image corresponding to the original image area is formed on the original paper 1 by irradiating the light beam 7 from the side of the ink-impermeable sheet 3 having light transparency. In FIG. 1, the ink-impermeable sheet 3 of the stencil printing original plate that has been made is turned over, and the image area 6 of the original 5 located on the back side of the original paper 1 is seen through, and the boundary surface corresponding to the printed color difference area is The string-like bodies 4, 4' are fixed and separated on the stencil printing paper 1. The strings 4 and 4' may be string-like, but are preferably selected from foamed plastics such as foamed polyethylene or foamed polyurethane with a foaming ratio of 5 to 20 times, or rubber strings, and are elastic in the vertical direction. It is possible, and it is preferable to use one having a width and thickness of about 1 to 3 mm, respectively.

After placing the printing material 9 on a base plate (not shown) and overlaying the stencil printing original plate on which the perforated image has been formed, the printing material 9 is placed between the base paper 1 and the ink-impermeable sheet 3. Corresponding printing inks 8 of different colors are attached to the partitioned areas fixed by string-like bodies 4.

By applying a pressing force from the ink-impermeable sheet 3 side using a printing tool such as a printing roller 10, ink is pushed out from the perforations 11 and 11' of the heat-sensitive stencil printing base paper 1, and the ink is applied to the printing material 9. transfers, and multicolor prints can be obtained. Further, in addition to using the above-mentioned printing roller as a method of transferring the printing ink to the printing material, uniform surface pressure may be applied to the ink-impermeable sheet 3.
In these cases, the string-like body 4 is tightly interposed between the base paper 1 and the sheet 3, so that the printing inks 8, 8' of different colors can be transmitted through the perforations 11, 1V of the base paper 1 in the amount of ink permeation. Even if there is a difference between the two inks, the interface between the two inks is completely separated, and one of the printing inks 8, 8' does not spread and mix or move with each other, making it possible to obtain clear multicolor prints. .

A pencil-handwritten manuscript was placed closely on the film surface of the heat-sensitive stencil printing base paper, and a flash light irradiation device (product name: PrintGotsuko Riso Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd.) using a flash bulb as a light source was used to place the above-mentioned polystyrene sheet. A flash of light was irradiated from the side to form a perforated image on the heat-sensitive stencil printing base paper that matched the image area of the original. Next, turn over the polystyrene sheet and place 10x foam on the appropriate boundary surface on the base paper, with a width of 2 mm and a thickness of 1
The foamed polyethylene strings are fixed and divided with pressure-sensitive adhesive, and about 159 emulsion inks for stencil printing in two colors of blue and red (product name: Risso Print Ink, manufactured by Riso Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd.) are printed on the inside of the frame. ), covered with the above-mentioned polystyrene sheet, then placed the original plate on high-quality paper, and printed by applying uniform surface pressure from the polystyrene sheet side, making it possible to obtain 100 multicolor prints. In all of these multicolor prints, the colors did not move or mix at the boundary between different colors, and all of them were clear multicolor prints. Example 2 A stencil was created by drawing letters with an iron brush on a commercially available wax base paper placed on a sanding board, and a 20μ thick polyvinyl chloride sheet was superimposed on the regular letter side of the wax base paper to form a stencil of 30cm x 2l CWL.
The width of the terminal on the short side is approximately 1 Cr, 1 L, and the adhesive Cybinol DB-153 (manufactured by Saitama Chemical Co., Ltd.) is used.
to create a stencil plate, and then, as in Example 1, the regular character side of the wax base paper was connected to the boundary between the different colors of the required printed material using foam polyurethane string (width, thickness 1 mm, foaming magnification 10 mm).
The same two-color blue and red printing inks as in Example 1 were supplied in a total amount of 609 ml.

The above-mentioned stencil plate was placed on the printing paper so that the wax base paper side was in contact with the printing paper, and the paper was lightly pressed using a printing roller to obtain a printed matter. Eject the printed matter one by one and repeat the printing operation, 15
No two-color prints were produced, and all of them were clear and uniform.
