Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a wave-breaking shell having a sufficient strength and rigidity by a method in which a free water space having through holes through which sea water flows is formed on the sea side of the inside of a steel plate shell body by placing concrete into the space between two steel plates. CONSTITUTION:Inside steel plates 4 are provided at a given interval on the sea side of a steel plate shell body 1, a large number of through holes 7 through which sea water passes are provided between the outside steel plate 1 and the inside steel plates 4, and a free water space A is formed in the steel plate shell body 1. Concrete 5 is packed into the space between the inside and outside steel plate 4 to form a wall. A concrete slab 11 having a through hole is provided above the free water space A of the shell body 1, a concrete partition wall 9 is provided on the side, and a concrete bottom plate is provided on the bottom. Since the free water space is provided in the steel plate shell, the breaking of waves can be attained.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Various types of caisson revetments and the like having wave-dissipating functions have been proposed and put into practical use. By the way, when wave dissipation is required for steel plate cell seawalls, a wave dissipating block is placed on the front face of the cell on the sea side to provide the wave dissipating function, but the upright part at the front of the cell is virtually eliminated. , it cannot be used as a mooring wharf, and construction costs will also increase. Therefore, if the front wall of the cell body is to be provided with a through hole, as in the case of a caisson, and a retarding area is to be created inside, a structure corresponding to this is required. This invention has been developed to meet the above demand.

(Structure of the Invention) This invention comprises installing steel plate cell bodies at predetermined intervals, and forming a wall on the sea side with double steel plates at the required intervals and concrete filled between the steel plates. A hole is formed and a water retarding space is formed inside the wall body within the steel plate cell main body to form a wave-dissipating cell revetment.

(Embodiment) The embodiment of the present invention is as shown in the drawings, in which the steel plate cell bodies 1 are installed at predetermined intervals, and the steel plate cell bodies 1 are connected to each other by a sea side arc portion 2 and a land side arc portion 3. There is.

is installed, and a wall is made up of concrete 5 and K filled between the steel plates, and a water retarding space is constituted inside the wall in the steel plate cell body 1, and the rest is filled with inner filling ±8. It is filled with. The partition wall 9 between the water retarding space A and the inner filling ±8 is made of concrete or by filling concrete between double steel plates.

Furthermore, since the water retarding space A only needs to be located at the upper part of the cell, its bottom plate portion 10 is formed by post-casting concrete. A concrete slab 11 is provided above the water retarding space, and this slab 11 is provided with through holes 12 for reducing the uplift force exerted on the cells by waves, and a grating cover is provided.

Further, the sea side arc portion 2 may be made of a steel plate as in the conventional case, but like the steel plate cell body 1, it is constructed of double steel plates and concrete filled between the steel plates, and has a large number of water passage holes 7. It is desirable to provide a water retardation space B between the steel plate cell bodies 1 inside the steel plate cell body 1.

(Effects of the Invention) In this invention, a large number of perforations are provided in the sea side wall of the steel plate cell body, and a water play space is formed inside the hole, so that seawater can freely enter and exit the cell, thereby producing a wave-dissipating effect. can. In addition, since the wall is constructed by filling a double layer of steel with concrete, it can provide sufficient rigidity and strength even if it has many through holes and a water retarding space inside. is also easy. Furthermore, it maintains the shape of an upright seawall and prevents an increase in the height of reflected waves.
