査するプリント回路板検査装置において、絶縁性フィル
ム７と、この絶縁性フィルムを前記プリント回路板に押
圧する抑圧板８とを備え、前記絶縁性フィルムの一方の
面に前記回路端子に接触させる金属箔等の複数の接触用
ランド１１を設け、かつ絶縁性フィルムの他方の面で各
接触用ランドの裏側位置にクッション片１４を設けたこ
