Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the high-speed wiring of the wire with a constant tension by a method wherein rotary roller guides are provided at the entrance and the exit of the wire of the wiring nozzle and the wire is pinched by one direction rotating rollers provided at the intermediate position between the rotary guides. CONSTITUTION:The wire 4 is sent into the main body 5 of the wiring nozzle through rollers 7 and a bush 8 and the feeding direction of the wire 4 is changed in accordance with the running of the main body 5 of the wiring nozzle. Upon the change of direction, a bearing holder 10 is rotated through a bearing 9 of the wiring guide roller unit simultaneously with the unit of the roller 7 of the bearing holder 10 and thereby responding to the change of the feeding direction of the wire. The wire 4 is pinched with a constant force by the one direction rotating rollers 11 provided at the intermediate part in the main body 5 and is sent out through the wiring guide roller unit (consisting of the bearing holder 12, a bearing 13, a bush 14, a bush holder 15 and a roller 16) arranged at the outlet part of the main body 5 under a condition that the wire 4 is provided with a constant tension.

FIG. 1 shows a nozzle in which the inlet and outlet of the wire are guided by a bush 1. In this method, if the wiring tension of the wire is increased or the wire is wired at high speed, the resistance when the wire passes through the bush 1 increases, and high-tension and high-speed wiring cannot be achieved. In order to solve the problem of FIG. 1, FIG. 2 shows a bushing 3 with a pair of rollers 2 attached to each outer side thereof. However, even with this method, since the roller rotates in only one direction, there is a drawback that the wire may come off the guide roll when changing the direction of the wiring nozzle during wiring.

Constituent Structure of the Invention: A nozzle main body, a guide roller part at the wire inlet and outlet, which guides the running of the wire and can change direction depending on the direction in which the wire is pulled, and a guide roller part inside the nozzle main body. The device consists of a guide device in which two rollers rotated by one-way rotation bearings are arranged so as to encroach on the wire, and are used to hold the wire and prevent the wire from sagging when changing the direction of the nozzle in high-speed wiring. It has an extremely large effect in that it does this.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6. In the figure, 5 is a wiring nozzle body, 6 is a bush, 7 is a roller, 8 is a bush holder, 9 is a bearing, and 10 is a bearing holder. The wire passes through the rollers 7, the bushing 6, and enters the wiring nozzle body 5. At this time, the wire is fed into the wiring nozzle by the three rollers 7 with V-shaped grooves so as not to dislodge it. When the main body 5 runs for wiring and the wire feeding direction changes, the bearing holder 10 rotates via the bearing 9, and at the same time the roller Y unit attached to the bearing holder 10 also rotates, causing a change in the wire feeding direction. corresponds to Next, the wire is fed to the wiring guide roller by passing between a pair of rolls on the lower side of the verifying roller unit, but at this time, the roll 11 is rotated by a one-way rotation bearing. , so it only rotates in the direction of the arrow in Figure 4. iAlso, since the rolls 11 are installed so that the wire rods are sandwiched between each other with a constant force,
Even if the wire rod stops during wiring due to a change in direction, etc., the wire rod will not loosen or return due to the tension that the wire rod has. Next, the wire is wired according to the wiring pattern by the wiring guide roller unit +4, which is constituted by the bearing holder 12, the bearing 13, the bush 14, the bush holder 15, and the 16 O-ra. Similarly to the structure, each time the wiring nozzle changes direction according to the wiring pattern, the direction of rotation can be changed according to the wiring direction of the wire. Also, the spring 17 is attached to the holder 15.
By pressing the bearing holder 12 with the ball 18 attached via the bearing holder 12, it is possible to prevent the wiring guide roller unit 7) from swinging during straight wiring.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention has rotatable roller guides at the wire inlet and outlet portions of the wiring nozzle, and the wire is sandwiched between the roller guides by one-way rotating rolls at the intermediate portion thereof. Therefore, high-speed wiring is possible, and even if the direction of the wiring nozzle is frequently changed according to the wiring pattern, smooth wiring can be achieved. Further, even when wiring is performed by applying a constant tension to the wire, the tension does not change during wiring and there is a remarkable effect that the wire does not move back.
