した同断面図、第５図は光硬化性樹脂をチップに接触さ
せた状態の光、結合器の一部省略断面一、第６図は光フ
ァイバを゛やや上昇させた状態の同一省略断面図、第７
図は光硬化樹脂に光を照射した状態の同一部省略断面図
である。 １：光結合器、２：発光素子、２ａ：ステム、２ｂ＝チ
ツプ、２Ｃ：発光ｉ、２ｄ：端子、３：光ファイバ、　
　　　□３ａ：コア部、３ｂ＝クラッド部、３Ｃ：ジャ
ケット部、３ｄ：先端面、４：先導波路、４ａ：光硬化
性樹脂。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）光授受面を備えた光素子と光ファイバとがその光
    フアイバ端面を前記光素子の光授受面に所定間隔を存し
    て近接対面して配設され、この光フアイバ端面と光授受
    面とに亘って立体先導波路が介設され、この先導波路が
    透明樹脂により光素子に向って細（なるテーパ状に形成
    されていることを特徴とする光結合器。
  2. （２）前記光素子は発光ダイオードであることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光結合器。

  3. （３）前記透明樹脂は感光性樹脂であることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光結合器。
