Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定ノタルスの立ち上がり時に信号を出力する第１パ
    ルス発生回路と、前記被測定パルスの立ち下がり時に信
    号を出力する第２パルス発生回路と、前記被測定パルス
    をｎ進カウン）（ｎは正の整数）するｎ進カウンタ回路
    と、前記第１および第２パルス発生回路の両川力信号の
    ＯＲをとるＯＲ回路と、このＯＲ回路の出力信号と前記
    ｎ進カウンタ回路の最下位桁の出力端子かうの信号とに
    より前記被測定パルスの１個目についての立ち上がりお
    よび立ち下がり時に信号を出力させる制御回路と、前記
    第１および第２パルス発生回路のいずれかの出力信号と
    前記ｎ進カウンタ回路の適宜桁の出力端子からの信号と
    により前記１個目の被測定パルスの立ち下がり時からｎ
    カウント以前の適宜時間後に信号を出力するリセット回
    路と、前記制御回路からの出力信号により計時開始およ
    び停止を交互に行うと共に前記リセット回路からの出力
    信号により計時値がリセットされるストップウォッチ回
    路と、このストップウォッチ回路の計時値を表示する測
    定時間表示装置とを具備することを特徴とするパルス時
    間測定装置。
