Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被測定信号の波数を計数する波数カウンタと、前
    記波数カウンタが所定計数値まで計数する間被測定信号
    の周波数より高い基準周波数のクロツク信号の波数を計
    数するロツクカウンタと、前記所定計数値及び前記クロ
    ツクカウンタの計数値に基づき前記被測定信号の周波数
    を測定する手段とを具備することを特徴とする周波数カ
    ウンタ。
  2. （２）波数カウンタは、定められた波数分力ウンタトア
    ツプすると停止するカウンタであることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の周波数カウンタ
    。
  3. （３）波数カウンタは、スタート信号が与えられた以降
    の最初の被測定信号の立上（下）り時に最初の計数を行
    なうカウンタであることを特徴と子る実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第（１）項または第（２）項記載の周波数カウン
    タ。
