  1. 金属コアと、この金属コアの表面に形成された第１の絶
    縁層と、前記第１の絶縁層の上に形成された電気回路と
    からなる金属コア入り回路基板番とおいて、前記電気回
    路を覆う第２の絶縁層と、前記第２の絶縁層を覆う導電
    性ガードと、この導電性ガードおよび前記金属コアを接
    地する接地手段とを具備することを特徴とする金属コア
    入り回路基板。
