Claims (1)
の外表面側を超音波により斜角法で探傷する装置であっ
て、被検材の隣接する工性表面上を夫々転動するガイド
ローラと;探触子から発信された超音波を伝播する液体
が貯蔵されるタンクと;上記液体内に浸漬されると共に
、探触子から発信された超音波を反射し、被検材の一外
表面から内部に入射させて、該外表面に隣接する被検材
の外表面側に導く反射部材と;超音波が導かれる上記外
表面側を超音波で上記移動方向と略直交する方向に走査
すべく反射部材を振動させる振動手段と;を備えること
