This can be applied to a commercial board.
従来、この種の吸音板としてはクラスウール。 Traditionally, class wool has been used as this type of sound absorbing board.

It wasn't. For example, to explain the frequency and sound absorption coefficient in the graph shown above, the ratio ff10.02.
For class wool with a thickness of 25 mm, as shown by the curve 1, as the frequency increases, the suction cancer tends to increase, but the latter rate is small in the low frequency range, with a specific gravity of 0.5 and a thickness of 25 m.
As shown in the curve 2 for wooden wool cement 1-board, the latter ratio shows a higher value as the frequency increases, and also shows a tendency for the sound absorption coefficient to increase by 1q at higher frequencies, both of which are higher than in the turbostratic wavenumber region. Poor sound absorption properties in the low frequency range.

II iron piece, and the force was evenly coated. It is then compression molded. The cement used is typical Portland cement. Appropriate blending ratios are 40 to 50% by weight of wood wool, 40 to 50% by weight of introduction, and about 10% by weight of fibrous cut iron pieces. .

Here, the length of the fibrous cut iron piece used is about the same as that of wood wool.

The architectural sound-absorbing board whose sound-absorbing properties were measured was composed of 45% by weight of ceramic mate, 1% by weight of fibrous cut iron pieces, and 45% by weight of wood wool. It has been adjusted.
