本発明の製造方法は、セメント成形材料を下型に投入し
、ついで上型を押込んで圧縮成形するセメント製品の製
造方伝において二上型によりセメント成形材料を水に床
持させながら下型に押拡げ・セメント製品の終端部に相
当する下型の両り11]都に設けた水抜穴より脱水させ
ることを特徴とする。以下添付゛の図面に基づいて本発
明を詳細にnjl 1月する。この実施例はセメント製
品(1)としての長尺の煉瓦の製造についてのものであ
り、セメントと水と川砂、砕石等のけ材と合成繊維、石
綿等のび4 rj(−状物を配合させたセメント成形材

されたセメント成形材料(2)は水を保持しながら下型

形材料(2)を水を保持させながら下型(3)に押し拡

セメント成形材料を圧縮して水を保持させながら下型に
押拡げ、セメント製品の終端部に相当する下型の両側部
に設けた水抜穴より脱水すせるので、セメント成形材料
を圧縮成形の最終段階にまで均一に押拡げることができ
て得られたセメント製品の密度を均一にできることから
強度等の品貝にばらつきを生じることがなくて生産性を
著しく向上させることができるものであり、特VC長尺
で複1イLな形状のセメシト製品についても好AVc採
用できるものである。
