Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被検出流体の流入側からバルブ、不純物を濾過するスト
    レーナ並びにバルブとを順に介在して成る主流路を並列
    に設け、その各主流路の流出側合゛流部と排出部との間
    に上記被検出流体の所定特性を検出する特性検出装置を
    設けて成る主配管系、および、洗浄流体の流入側を上記
    各ストレーナの主流路下流側にバルブを介して接続する
    と共に上記排出部を各ストレーナの主流路上流側にバル
    ブを介して接続して成る洗浄配管系とを備え、上記各バ
    ルブの開閉制御により、何れかの上記ストレーナにかか
    る洗浄配管系の洗浄流体通流時に、他方の上記ストレー
    ナにかかる主配管系に被検出流体を通流させる構成とし
    たことを特徴とする流体モニタ。
