受容器を設け、該水受容器に散水ノズルを取り付けて遠
心力により水をミキシングパン内壁面に向けて噴出し得
るようにすると共に、水投入受から送給される水を前記
ロータ及び攪拌アームに向けて噴出し得る散水管を配設
