DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a method and a mixing machine for mixing a hydraulic composition that is a raw material for manufacturing lightweight aerated concrete material (ALC material) and the like.

Conventional equipment for batch-mixing raw materials for lightweight aerated concrete such as ALC, i.e., mixers, contain fine powders such as cement and quicklime, so these raw materials scatter when fed into the mixer and are present inside the mixer. When the powder adheres to the shaft and blades of the agitator, as well as the top cover of the mixer, and is used for a long time, the adhering powder solidifies due to the irrigation reaction between the cement and water.

Therefore, after such a state has been reached, it becomes difficult to remove and clean these deposits, and a great deal of time and man-hours are required to remove and clean them. In this case, the lower layer of the stirrer is always in contact with the slurry IJ- in the mixer, so there is no adhesion, but the upper layer is exposed to the atmosphere as the mixed liquid level fluctuates.
Since the immersion in the mixed slurry is repeated, the longer the exposure time, the greater the amount of this adhesion, which requires a long time to remove and clean. Further, regarding the top lid of the mixer, the mixed slurry is scattered and adhered to the floating adhesion of powder components, which causes the mixture to become solid and swampy, making it difficult to remove and clean.

Moreover, when these solidified substances grow to a certain extent, they cause mass peeling due to the kinetic energy of the stirred mixed slurry, and these are present in the form of relatively large particles in the mixed slurry. When cutting with a mortar cutter, linear scratches are created on the cut surface, significantly damaging the appearance of the product.

To prevent this sticking, it is possible to wash each batch with water after mixing, but washing takes time and reduces the capacity of the mixer, requires a large amount of washing water, and causes material loss. Although washing with water was performed once every 30 batches, the above-mentioned problem occurred that the adhesion of powdery substances could not be avoided.

This invention has been made by paying attention to the above-mentioned problem. The purpose of this is to prevent solidified materials from sticking to the inner surface of the mixer, and to improve the hydraulic properties of peeled off solidified materials when mixing water into a hydraulic composition by adding mixed water to raw materials such as hardening materials such as cement and gypsum. An object of the present invention is to propose a method and a mixer for mixing a hydraulic composition, which can prevent mixing into the composition.

This method of mixing hydraulic compositions involves adding mixed water to raw materials such as hardeners and mixing them in a batch mixer. It is characterized by being supplied by being scattered by hitting an attached rotating blade. Another invention is a mixer that batch-mixes a hydraulic composition by adding mixing water to raw materials such as a hardening material, and is equipped with a rotating blade for water splashing at the upper rotating shaft position. It is characterized by having a water supply port facing the blade and supplying mixed water.

This mixing method and mixer are constructed as described above.
Every time batch mixing is performed, the stirring shaft, stirring blades, and inner surface of the top lid exposed to the atmosphere above the raw material input level are washed by the supplied mixed water that hits the rotating blades and is splashed. Therefore, hardening agent powder or slurry such as cement is washed away, and it is possible to prevent solidified materials from sticking. Furthermore, these adhered substances do not peel off and become mixed into the composition.

Further, the rotary blade 6 protruding from the upper surface of the disk 5 is a rectangular flat plate, and the rotary blade 6 is mounted with its surface inclined at 90 degrees and 45 degrees with respect to the surface of the disk 5. Various angles can be selected for this inclination angle so that the water supplied from the upper water supply port 11 can hit and scatter in the desired range, but usually 90° and 45° are selected. By using them together and increasing the angle of 90°, the objective can be achieved.

\When mixing the hydraulic composition used in the ALC material with this mixer, slurry components such as silica slurry are poured from the slurry input port 9 while rotating the stirring shaft 2, that is, the stirring blades 4 and the rotary blades 6. Then, powder components such as quicklime and cement are introduced from the powder inlet 8. After stirring and mixing for a predetermined time, water is introduced from the inlet 11.

Regarding the timing of adding water, if the specific gravity of the mixed slurry before adding water is high and there is a risk of incomplete mixing, the water injection should be divided into two times, and the first time should be used to remove slurry components such as silica slurry. It is also possible to add the remaining water at the same time as adding powder components such as quicklime and cement, and then add the remaining water after stirring and mixing.

The present invention is as described above, and according to this mixing method and mixer, when mixing a hydraulic composition containing a hardening agent such as cement, each time a batch is mixed, the splashed water is used to cover the upper part of the mixer. Adhering cement, slurry, etc. are washed away. Therefore, washing with water to remove stuck substances becomes unnecessary, and it is possible to rationalize the work and improve the equipment operating rate.
