Abstract

PURPOSE:A spinneret for staple fiber that is made by setting a reinforcing ring on the inner wall surface of a spinneret on which the number of fine spinning holes are bored, thus showing high pressure resistance and permitting the stable production of good-quality fibers. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing ring 4, e.g., made of stainless steel, preferably with the inner peripheral surface tapered downward 4a, becoming gradually thicker from the lower side toward the upper side, is fitted on the inner wall surface of the trunk part 3 in a dish type spinneret with the number of fine spinning holes on its surface to give the objective spinneret. EFFECT:The present process produces spinneret of high accuracy through reduced processing stages in low costs.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a spinneret, and particularly to a spinneret for staple fibers such as rayon and acrylic having a large number of spinning holes ranging from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands.

By the way, such a spinneret 1 has a thin thickness compared to its diameter, so it has poor pressure resistance, and under normal spinning pressure (5 to 30 mm), the spinning surface of the spinneret 1 swells as shown by the chain line. The trunk is stretched downward and the diameter is reduced, causing yarn breakage during spinning, and yarns sticking together, deteriorating the quality of the yarn and making it impossible to perform stable spinning operations.

この為、紡糸口金1の厚みを厚くして耐圧性を備える試

For this reason, attempts have been made to increase the thickness of the spinneret 1 to provide pressure resistance.

However, if the thickness of the spinneret 1 is increased, the puncher tool will break if the puncher is not punched several times in the case of punching by punching. Further, even if the holes are divided into several times, distortion occurs during punching, the spinning surface of the spinneret 1 is deformed into an uneven or concave shape, and yarn breakage also occurs during spinning.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to stably spin good yarn with excellent pressure resistance, and to produce rayon and acrylic that can be manufactured accurately, inexpensively, and efficiently with a small number of processing steps. The present invention aims to provide a spinneret for staple fibers such as the following.

Embodiments of the spinneret according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG.
A reinforcing ring 4'f is fitted and fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the body 3 of the spinneret 1 having a dish shape.

The reinforcing ring 4 may have the same thickness in the vertical direction, but it is better to taper the inner circumferential surface of the ring 4 and gradually increase the thickness from the bottom to the top as shown in the figure. The spinning hole 2 on the spinning surface is not blocked, and therefore the spinning hole 2
This is convenient because there is no need to reduce the number of . The material for the reinforcing ring 4 is a material that has excellent mechanical rigidity, high hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, such as stainless steel.

超硬材セラミックス、高張力鋼等が好ましい。Carbide ceramics, high tensile strength steel, etc. are preferred.

Large and small reinforcing rings are provided on the outer and inner circumferential surfaces of 7.

The reinforcing rings 7.8 in this case may also have the same thickness in the vertical direction, but as shown in the figure, the inner circumferential surface of the ring 7 and the outer circumferential surface of the ring 8 are tapered 7a and 13a, respectively, from the lower side to the upper side. It is convenient to gradually increase the thickness since the number of spinning holes 2 does not decrease.

As described above, the spinneret of the present invention has a reinforcing ring fully fitted and fixed to the inner surface of the body, so even if the thickness of the spinneret is thin, the spinning surface will not swell under normal spinning pressure (5 to 3 o¥i). There is no possibility that the trunk will be stretched downward and the diameter will be reduced. That is, the circumferential edge of the body and the spinning surface are pressed down by the reinforcing ring, and the spinning surface becomes under tension, similar to fitting a pail into a tub, so that the spinning surface does not swell under normal spinning pressure. Therefore, the diameter is not reduced due to the body being stretched downward, and thus the quality of the thread can be maintained without thread breakage or threads sticking together. This allows for stable spinning operations.

In addition, since the spinneret of the present invention does not need to be thick, the number of man-hours required for forming the spinning hole is small, and the punching tool does not break, and there is almost no distortion during punching. The spinning surface does not become uneven or concave, and the yarn does not break.

The spinneret of the present invention as described in detail above has excellent pressure resistance, and the spinning surface does not bulge during spinning, the body is stretched downward, and the diameter does not decrease, so it is possible to stably produce good yarn. Can be spun. Further, since the spinneret of the present invention has a thin spinning surface, it has the advantage that the number of man-hours required for processing the spinning hole is small, and it can be manufactured accurately, inexpensively, and efficiently.
