DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a spinneret, and particularly relates to a spinneret.
This invention relates to a spinneret for stable fibers of rayon, acrylic, etc., which has a large number of spinning holes of 1,000,000.

Generally, a dish-shaped spinneret 1 as shown in FIG. 1 for producing stable fibers such as rayon and acrylic requires a large number of spinning holes 2, from 10,000 to 300,000, and for this reason, the diameter of the spinneret 1 is 300 to 400 mm. It is about the same size.

By the way, such a spinneret 1 has a thinner thickness than a straight spinneret, so it has poor pressure resistance, and under normal spinning pressure (5 to 30 kg/cm 2 ), the spinning surface of the spinneret 1 as shown by the chain line As the yarn swells, the body is stretched downward and the diameter is reduced, causing breakage during spinning or the yarns sticking together, which deteriorates the quality of the yarn and makes it impossible to perform stable spinning operations.

この為、紡糸口金1の厚みを厚くして耐圧性を

For this reason, attempts have been made to increase the thickness of the spinneret 1 to provide pressure resistance.

However, increasing the thickness of the spinneret 1 means that if the holes are punched, the punch tool will break if the holes are not punched several times. Furthermore, even if the holes are punched several times, distortion occurs during the punching process, the spinning surface of the spinneret 1 is deformed into an uneven or concave shape, and yarn breakage also occurs during spinning.

In any of the above cases, the perforation process becomes very long, resulting in an expensive spinneret.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has been developed to produce rayon, acrylic, etc., which have excellent pressure resistance, can stably spin good quality yarns, and can be produced efficiently, accurately, inexpensively, and with fewer processing steps. The present invention aims to provide a stable fiber spinneret.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the spinneret according to the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. A reinforcing ring 4 is fitted and fixed to the inner peripheral surface.

The reinforcing ring 4 may have the same thickness in the vertical direction, but it is better to have a taper 4a on the inner peripheral surface of the ring 4 so that the thickness gradually increases from the bottom to the top as shown in the figure. This is convenient because the spinning holes 2 on the surface are not blocked and therefore the number of spinning holes 2 is not reduced. The reinforcing ring 4 is preferably made of a material that has excellent mechanical rigidity, high hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, such as stainless steel, cemented carbide ceramics, and high-strength steel.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, in a donut-shaped spinneret 5 having a large number of fine spinning holes 2 on the spinning surface, reinforcements of different sizes are applied to the outer and inner circumferential surfaces of the body 6. It is made by fitting and fixing rings 7 and 8.

In this case, the reinforcing rings 7 and 8 may also have the same thickness in the vertical direction, but as shown in the figure, the inner peripheral surface of the ring 7 and the outer peripheral surface of the ring 8 are tapered 7a and 8a, respectively, so that the thickness increases from the lower side to the upper side. It is convenient to gradually increase the thickness since the number of spinning holes 2 does not decrease.

As described above, the spinneret of the present invention has a reinforcing ring fitted and fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the body, so even if the thickness of the spinneret is thin, the normal spinning pressure (5 to 30 kg/cm 2 ) can be maintained.
Under these conditions, the spinning surface will not swell, and the body will not be stretched downward and the diameter will not be reduced. In other words, the periphery of the body and the spinning surface are held down by the reinforcing ring, and the spinning surface becomes under tension, similar to fitting a hoop into a tub, so the spinning surface does not swell under normal spinning pressure. Therefore, there is no possibility that the trunk portion will be stretched downward and the diameter will be reduced.

In this way, during spinning, yarn breakage does not occur and yarns do not stick together, and the quality of the yarn can be maintained and a stable spinning operation can be performed.

In addition, since the spinneret of the present invention does not need to be thick, the number of man-hours required for forming the spinning hole is small, and the punch tool does not break, and there is almost no distortion during punching. The spinning surface does not become uneven or concave, and the yarn does not break.

As detailed above, the spinneret of the present invention has excellent pressure resistance, and the spinning surface does not swell during spinning and the diameter does not decrease due to the body being stretched downward.
Able to stably spin good yarn. Further, since the spinneret of the present invention has a thin spinning surface, it has the advantage that the number of man-hours required for processing the spinning hole is small, and it can be manufactured accurately, inexpensively, and efficiently.
