Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a snow-melting agent making handling in bagging and scattering operations easy, absorbing sunlight in the deep part of snow, raising melting effect on snow, by blending powder or granules with carbon black, adding an organic substance-containing additive to the blend, granulating and molding the blend, followed by drying it. CONSTITUTION:Powder or granules (preferably calcium carbonate fertilizer, combined fertilizer, or organic fertilizer) are blended with carbon black, the blend is mixed with an organic substance-containing additive (preferably concentrated waste liquor of Stephen's reaction, concentrated waste liquor of alcohol fermentation, or solution of lignin sulfonate), granulated, and molded, to give the desired granular snow-melting agent.

In areas with snowfall, back work can be started after the snow melts in the spring, but in the northern regions, work is much slower. Therefore, snow melting agents are used to make up for the delay in starting agricultural work as quickly as possible. The effectiveness of this snow-melting agent has already been proven at the Agricultural Experiment Station and Shinkyo 1shi1'@.

After the snow melting season, the snow melting agent is on the snow and absorbs sunlight and screens the snow temperature on the surface of the snow, creating a fR night effect, but if it is simply scattered on the snow, it will not be effective. 11 The snow agent descends into the snow and increases the internal temperature of the snow, further improving its effectiveness.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a complete method for producing a granular snow melting agent containing carbon black, which eliminates the drawbacks of conventional snow melting agents, is easy to handle, and has a further improved snow melting effect. That is the purpose.

The thus obtained granular snow melting agent containing carbon black is
It has the same strength as conventional granulated products, making it easier to handle during bagging and spraying operations, and after spraying, it becomes a hygroscopic organic material.
Carbon black is dissolved and penetrated into water through the additives it contains, and because of its high specific gravity, it enters and descends into the snow, absorbs sunlight even into the snow, and brings its energy to the snow melting effect. It was decided to raise it further.

Some examples of the present invention will be shown below, but only as powder or granular materials. l! We use calcium carbonate fertilizer, which is used as fertilizer after it snows. So, calcium carbonate fertilizer is lime fertilizer based on the Fertilizer Control Law, but in addition to other fertilizers containing lime and sheep industry sub-products containing lime, is it based on the Fertilizer Control Law? I vote for Sugo fertilizer and the same law; it has the same effect as FF organic fertilizer. The black calf pin is in historical F general tone: I! 4, which is produced in E and is commercially available, is used for Iφ.
