In recent years, in this type of variable damping force type hydraulic shock absorber, a damping force is provided within the piston rod that seals one end of the cylinder in a liquid-tight manner and extends inside the rod. Electrical components such as motors for car maintenance and position detection sensors that detect the rotational angle position of these motors, electric components placed on the car body,
Instead of an insulated cable with a relatively large inertial mass between the rL connector connected deep through the power supply side harness, a flexible cable with an extremely small inertial mass and full flexibility as a whole is used. A wiring board is installed to prevent accidents such as breakage and short circuits of the harness inside the piston rod caused by various vibrations that occur when the car is running.

By making it possible to insert all the terminals of the connector into the terminal insertion hole when the above-mentioned famous analysis piece M is folded back, unreasonable force on the hard part of the QT-equipped support member with the connector terminal is avoided. Grant of? This can be prevented during insertion of the flexible support member and the connector into the wiring passage of the piston rod. To propose a flexible wiring board that can avoid breakage of conductor parts due to partial pinching of a flexible support member, and can also increase the formation area of conductor patterns formed around each terminal insertion hole. According to the flexible wiring board 25 of the present invention having the configuration as shown in Onoue, unlike the conventional example shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 5, from the approximately central part of the connector connecting part 24, that is, the second bent parts 23a, 23b bent above each tongue piece 24a, 24h, the 3 parts are approximately perpendicular to the surface of the connector connecting part 24. Hole 10
When inserting the integrated connector 8 and flexible wiring board 25 into the wiring passage 3 of the piston rod 2 by applying the solder 18... Part 6 Any part of the wiring must be connected v@3
There is no chance of it coming into contact with the inner circumferential surface 3a of the roller. Therefore, the contact reaction force does not apply unreasonable force to the connector connecting portion 24, and the conductor pattern 11 around the terminals 9 of the connector 8 and the terminal insertion hole 10 due to the solder 18... . . . While it is possible to avoid the possibility of giving form I# to the electrical connection state between the connector 8 and the terminal 9 . . . Since there is no situation where a part of the breakthrough support part [6] is pinched between the circumferential surface section 3 and the circumferential surface section 4, there is no possibility of breakage due to the pinching. Accidents can also be avoided. .

Further, as in the embodiment shown in FIG.
If the back side of at least one of a and 22b (both in this example t) is pre-applied with 71326-5, it will not be difficult to separate the W and fins 22a and 22h even after they are placed back to back. 1. As is clear from the above explanation, 1. According to the present invention, the connector terminal is inserted into the terminal insertion hole of the flexible wiring board.・Nezumi〃゛Yu to 7
When connected to the Lexipoo wiring board, the flexible support part #Y can be extended in the axial direction of the connector from approximately the center position of the connector terminal. Therefore, when the connector and the flexible wiring board are inserted into the wiring passage of the piston rod, a portion of the flexible support member is inserted into the wiring passage.
It is possible to avoid situations such as contacting a curved surface or being caught between the inner circumferential surface of the connector and the outer circumferential surface of the connector, thereby preventing breakage of the conductor portion, defective soldering, etc.

6 Also, according to the present invention, the area of each tongue piece that becomes the connection part to the connector terminal? Since a sufficient width can be secured, the pattern width of each conductor pattern and the gap between adjacent conductor patterns can be made sufficiently large. Once upon a time,
It is possible to completely prevent the formation of consequential conduction state due to breakage of each conductor pattern, etc.

[Claims] il+ A flexible terminal arranged in a connector at one end of several conductor parts arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction of a thin film-like long flexible support member. A terminal insertion hole into which each terminal is inserted, and a conductor pattern extending from each conductor portion to the position of each terminal insertion hole to be electrically connected to each terminal are provided, and an electrical device is provided at the other end. In a flexible wiring board that is provided with an electrical component connection portion to be connected to a component, one end of the front flexible support member is provided with a vKl bent portion along the longitudinal direction of the flexible support member in between. A pair of joint pieces that protrude uniformly are formed in succession, and each of the joint pieces is connected through a second bent part along one width direction at the longitudinal end of each joint piece. 1rL5+ tongues are successively formed, each of which has the plurality of terminal insertion holes and the conductor pattern arranged in a configuration of 1rL5+, respectively. When the bent portions are folded back so that the joint pieces are placed back to back, and the second bent portion is folded back outward, the plurality of terminal insertion holes formed in each tongue piece are inserted into the plurality of terminal insertion holes. A flexible wiring board characterized in that it is constructed such that all of the terminals can be inserted therein. (2) Of the respective joint pieces, at least -1 is formed by applying an adhesive to the folded back surface. 77 xipul wiring/board according to claim 1.
