本発明は表面に銘木突き板を貼着した擬似銘木の表面に

本発明は突き板のもつ上記の欠点を克服して、凹凸成形
時における表面突き板の割れ、ひびの発生を防止すると
共に経時変化によつてもクラックの発生しない製品を得
ることを第1の目的とし、また上記の凹凸模様入り突き
板複合板を製造するための安価5 で効率的な方法を提
供することを第2の目的とするものである。以下本発明

防止し得るといラ利点がある。さらに第2図は併合発明
である上記凹凸模様を有する突き板複合板の製造法を示
すもので、ベニ25 ヤ基板6上に未硬化状態の熱硬化
性樹脂粘結材4’と木片チップ3との混練物5’を平板
状に載置し、その上に突き板1に可撓性シート2を貼着
したものを載置し、凹凸金型8または凹凸ロールにより
加熱加圧して、上記熱硬化性樹脂粘結材4’を硬化30
せしめると共に表面に凹凸模様7を形成するものである

述のように粘結材と木片チツプとによつて木片チツプ層
を形成すると同時に凹凸模様を形成することができ、製
造工程を簡略化できる上に、混練物を凹凸金型に対応し
て塑性変形させることができるので、彫りの深い凹凸模
様を容易に形成することができ、かつ混練物の硬度を調
節することにより、所望の深さの凹凸と良好な型追従性
