Methods for producing decorative particle board include first forming particle board, then painting it, directly printing it, laminating a decorative sheet with adhesive, or layering impregnated paper and molding it under heat and pressure. However, each method complicated the process and caused high costs.

Therefore, in order to simplify the process, a method has been proposed in which decorative paper is overlapped when molding particle board, and the board formation and the pasting of the decorative paper are performed at the same time. However, when this method uses decorative paper made of relatively thin paper such as tissue paper, the grains of the chips of the particle board will show up on the surface of the decorative paper (hereinafter referred to as "graininess"). It has the disadvantage that it cannot be obtained.

In addition, when decorative paper made of non-breathable sheets such as synthetic resin films is used, water vapor generated from the raw material chips during particle board molding accumulates between the particle board and the decorative paper, causing There was a drawback that blisters appeared on the makeup surface after the pressure was released.

The present invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and provide a method for manufacturing decorative particle board with a smooth decorative surface and no blistering, in a continuous manner with the molding of particle board.

以下本発明を図面に従つて詳細に説明する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.

First, as shown in Fig. 1, the non-patterned surface of a breathable synthetic resin film 1 with an arbitrary pattern 2 is impregnated with 23 to 50 g of synthetic resin.
A reinforced paper 3 with a paper spacing of m 2 is laminated via an adhesive 4, and then a transparent synthetic resin 5 is applied to the patterned surface to obtain a decorative paper 6. The transparent synthetic resin may be applied before the film and the reinforcing paper are bonded together.

As the resin to be impregnated or mixed, a curable resin (melamine, urea, epoxy, etc.) that has good adhesion to the binder in the particle board is used. The reason why a hardening resin is used is that during simultaneous molding, a flexible resin would be pressed by the chips, which are the raw material for particle board, and would cause thinning.

The decorative paper 6 constructed as described above is continuously stacked on a forming mat 7 in the process of a particle board production line as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and subjected to a heating and pressure forming process. Then, the particle board body and the decorative paper are laminated and integrated.

Also, although particle board production lines are designed to continuously feed out products, the decorative sheet that is layered on top of this does not necessarily have to be continuously fed in the form of a wet cloth. A decorative sheet may be supplied on top of the forming mat.
