[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an uneven veneer with a veneer,
A sheet-like core material impregnated with polyvinyl chloride paste is layered on the spring wood part, summer wood part, and kW wood veneer, and this laminate is pressurized under heating conditions with a binding material on the core side. This invention relates to a method for manufacturing an uneven veneer, which is characterized by recessing the spring material portion and completely gelling the polyvinyl chloride base.

Like softwood, it has a spring wood part and a summer wood part, and by pressing it through a wood veneer with a difference in hardness, the soft spring wood is concave and the spring wood part is concave. It is known to obtain an uneven veneer in which the material portions are convex, that is, a raised veneer. However, this conventional method has the problem that when the press is released, the concave part of the spring material returns, reducing the difference in concavity and convexity and reducing the effect of making the ridge. In addition, a layer of polyvinyl chloride is formed on the surface of the wood veneer. It is necessary to strengthen the surface of the wood veneer and paint it. However, if the wood veneer has unevenness, it is difficult to paint with a regular spool, and even with a flow coater, it is difficult to paint on the uneven areas. There was a problem that uneven coating occurred.

The present invention will be explained in detail below using the 'fHa example. The wood veneer used is sliced coniferous wood with spring wood, summer wood, and gold, such as wooden barrels. On the other hand, a thin sheet-like core material, such as nonwoven fabric, paper, or glass paper, which has good impregnation properties with polyvinyl chloride paste, is impregnated with polyvinyl chloride paste. This impregnated core material is stacked on one side of the wooden veneer and placed between the presses under -L, and further, for the core material full, a glue sheet such as a sheet is placed between the core material and the press. The laminate of the wood board and the core material is pressed under heat using a press. Then, by pressing through the cushioning material, the spring wood part of the wooden veneer, which has a soft texture, is easily compressed and becomes concave, but the summer wood part, which has a hard texture, is difficult to accept compression and becomes concave in the spring wood part. It becomes convex and is made up. When the trench is made, the polyvinyl chloride paste that has been impregnated into the core material gels and hardens as it heats up and is applied along the unevenness of the wood veneer. Therefore, the depressions in the spring parts of the wood veneer formed by jL/S are hardened by the solidification of the polyvinyl chloride paste, and the depressions can be prevented from returning. When the polyvinyl chloride paste gels, it becomes glossy and transparent, allowing the color pattern of the wood veneer to appear as is. Here, the curing conditions of the polyvinyl chloride paste can be controlled by the heat and pressure conditions of the press, but the conditions for imparting unevenness to the wood veneer are set first, and then the curing conditions of the polyvinyl chloride paste are adjusted according to those conditions. It is better to decide on the composition. For example, under heating at 140°C, 7kg/C
Under the conditions of pressing at a pressure of d for 3 minutes, the following formulation can be used.

As described above, according to the present invention, a sheet-like core material impregnated with polyvinyl chloride paste is layered on a wooden veneer having a spring wood portion and a summer wood portion, and this sheet-like core material impregnated with polyvinyl chloride paste is placed on the core material side through the glue/soiling material. By pressurizing the laminate under heated conditions, the spring material is depressed and the polyvinyl chloride paste is gelled, so it is pressed through the resin material to give unevenness to the wood veneer. At this time, the polyvinyl chloride paste gels and hardens when heated, and the solidified polyvinyl chloride prevents the concavity of the spring wood part of the wood veneer from returning, resulting in an uneven veneer with a large difference in unevenness. Moreover, it is now possible to form a layer of polyvinyl chloride on the surface of the wood veneer at the same time as the process of imparting unevenness to the wood veneer. (The surface finishing step of applying a layer of polychloride to the fabric can be integrated into one step, and the step '(il) can be streamlined.
