Claims (1)

れた第１トランジスタと、該第１トランジスタと同一の
導電形を有し、エミッタが電源に、コレクタがノーマル
オープン端子にそれぞれ接続された第２トランジスタと
を備え、前記第１トランジスタのベースを切換信号入力
端とすると共に、前記第１トランジスタのコレクタと前
記第２トランジスタのベースとの間に互に逆方向に接続
した一対のダイオードを挿入し、かつ一対のダイオード
の相互接続点を第２抵抗を介してアースに接続したこと
