線運動案内部材とから成る直線運動駆動体を3組備えこ
のうちの第1及び第2の案内部材はX軸に平行に、かつ
Y軸方向に一定間隔だけ離して配設し、第3の案内部材
の一方の端部は第1の案内部材上の第1の移動子上に支
承し他方の端部は第2の案内部材上の第2の移動子上に
支承し、この第3の案内部材上の第3の移動子に被制御
対象物を保持させる構成のX軸−Y軸駆動装置において
、第3の案内部材の一方の端部は、第1の移動子の上面
に固着し、て設けた第1のピン軸と第3の案内部材の下
面に設けた円形穴との係合により第3の案内部材が上記
第1のピン軸を揺動軸として揺動可能にヒンジ接合され
、第3の案内部材の他方の端部は、第2の移動子の上面
に固着して設けた第2のピン軸と、第3の案内部材の下
面に上記第2のピン軸にゆるく係合する溝幅と溝深さと
をもだせて設けた、第3の案内部材の長手方向に長い長
穴とにより接合されていることを特徴とするX軸−Y軸
