形成して固定子とし、夫々の下面に複数個の歯が上記固
定子の極歯のピッチと同一ピッチで形成された励磁用磁
極の複数個を各磁極間距離が夫々所定間隔を保つように
配置した磁性材料製の箱状体を移動体とし、この移動子
がその下端面が固定子上端面と小空隙を介して対向しな
がら固定子に沿って移動できるように移動子の4隅に夫
々車輪を取付け、各磁極に巻回した巻線に一定順序で順
次通電することで移動子を歩進移動させルリニア・ステ
ッピングモータにおいて、各車輪を回転自在に軸支する
軸支用円筒軸とこの円筒軸中心線に対してわずかに偏心
した中心線をもつ固定用円筒軸とが夫々の一方の軸端面
において偏心状に連結するように一体的に成形し、上記
固定用円筒軸の他方の軸端部を移動子の4隅の側面にあ
けた夫々の軸穴に挿入して移動子に固定する直前に車輪
を回転自在に軸支した上記軸支用円筒軸をその軸心延長
方向から見て時計方向あるいは反時計方向に微少回転さ
せることにより前記小空隙の高さを移動子4隅において
夫々別個に微調整可能としたことを特徴とするリニア・
ステッピングモータ。
