Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 Ｂ−Ｉコアは、電源用チせ−クトランス、ピンクシ冒ッ
ト等に広く用いられている。材質は、珈−Ｚｎ系が普通
である。
従来のＥ形フェライトコアの焼成体においては、腹部の
底部外周面が丸みを帯び、例えば、フェライト焼成体の
脚部端面研磨を行なう場合に、平行度が出にくいとか、
端面に段差が出来てしまうとかの問題点があった。
第１図に従来のＥ形フェライト成形体の正面図、第２図
に同成形体を焼成した後得た焼成体の正面図を示す。第
１図において、コア成形体の腹部１１の中央部分厚さｔ
、は、端部厚さｔと同一にしである。このために焼成後
においては、第２図に示す様忙、焼成体２の腹部２１の
底部外周面２１１は外周側に凸となっており、この焼成
体２の端面２２，２３研磨の捺には焼成体の支持が中央
部分２１４０１点支持となり、平行度が出にくいとか、
端面２２．２３に段差が出来る等の欠点があった。
本発明はかかる従来技術の欠点を解決し、研磨時の支持
が行ないやすいＥ形フェライトコアな提供するものであ
る。
本発明を以下実施例につき図面を用いて説明する。第３
図には、実施ｉ成形体の正面図を示す。
フェライトコアの腹部３１の中央部厚さ１．を端部厚さ
ｔよりも小さくしである。この成形体３は、焼成した後
も腹部の中央部厚さは、端部厚さよりも小さくなってお
り、少なくとも端部２点支点で研磨することが出来、脚
部端面の平行度は満足できる値となっていた。第４図に
は、別の実施例の成形体正面図を示す。この成形体も焼
成後、少なくとも２点支持が行なえて良好な研磨精度を
得られた。
本発明に依れば、焼成体の腹部の底部外周面は平行であ
るか、或いは下に凹の形状であるので、少なくとも２点
支持で研磨することが出来るものであった。

    焼成してなるＥ形フェライトコア。
