Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　保証シールを有する加圧された液状或はクリーム状
    材料用の噴出キャップにおいて、弁、或は注射具或はポ
    ンプの自由端を収容するための座を一端にもちおよびそ
    の他端に圧力で噴出される材料用の流出ノズルをもつ導
    路によって貫通された噴出キャップを含み、前記キャッ
    プが保証シールを具備し、および保証シールが実質的に
    円筒形パッドを含み、その断面が３６０°よりも小さい
    円弧上を延び、前記バンドが前記キャップとバンドとの
    単体部材を形成する複数の破壊可能な指状要素によって
    当該キャップと結合され、バンドが前記弁、或は注射具
    或はポンプ、或はキャップが取り付けられた容器底部の
    □　　　一部分の形状および断面と補合する形状および
    断面をもつ噴出キャップ。 ２　前記指状要素が前記バンドの引きちぎりによって破
    壊可能で前記バンドを除去する実用新案登録請求の範囲
