  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）底部が発光ダイオード素子に近接した、プラスチ
    ックファイバを挿入するための挿入穴をモールド部に設
    けるとともに、前記底部にレンズを備えたことを特徴と
    する発光ダイオード装置９（２）前記レンズは前記挿入
    穴の底部にモールド部と一体に形成した凸レンズである
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    発光ダイオード装置。 （３）　　前記レンズは前記モールド部とは別体に形成
    した球状レンズであって、前記挿入穴の底部に取付けた
    ものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の発光ダイオード装置。
