Raw materials such as aluminum alloy are put into a rotary melting furnace and melted, and after the melting is completed, the melting furnace is tilted to transfer the molten metal to an automatic hot water supply device, and the automatic hot water supply device is operated to run an ingot conveyor. During a series of melting processes in which molten metal is poured into an ingot case, cooled in the air while being transported, and each transported ingot is dynamically piled up one by one on a palletizer, the automatic water heater described above is capable of discharging the molten metal during pouring. It is extremely dangerous because it easily scatters, and it also causes agitation and mixing with the air, which tends to form an oxide film on the ingot surface. Also, the amount of poured molten metal is unstable, and there is This caused inconveniences such as molten metal falling and not being able to accurately supply hot water to each ingot case.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and is configured to supply hot water accurately and reliably into each ingot case, and prevents the hot water from scattering and mixing with the air due to agitation, and reduces the amount of hot water to be supplied. The purpose of this invention is to provide an automatic hot water supply device that has features such as achieving stability.

In the above configuration, when using the device of the present invention, the molten metal melted in a melting furnace (not shown) is first transferred into the hot water supply container 1 by tilting the melting furnace, and after the transfer operation is completed, the cylinder 3 is activated to By gradually moving the rear end of the hot water supply container 1 up little by little using the branch 2a as a fulcrum, molten metal is continuously poured out in a fixed amount from the spout 1b, and the lower molten metal receiver flows into the inside of the vessel 4. The molten metal is then continuously transferred in appropriate amounts from the molten metal receiver 4 into the cylindrical pourer 5.

On the other hand, due to the operation of a motor (not shown), the chain 12.1
3 moves and the ingot conveyor 11 runs at an appropriate speed, but the rotating shaft 6 and the cylindrical pourer 5 rotate in synchronization with the conveyor 11 due to the driven rotation of the sprocket 7 hanging on the chain 13 of the conveyor 11. Therefore, the molten metal that has flowed into the cylindrical pourer 5 is sequentially poured out through the pouring pipe 5a located at the lowermost position and poured into a predetermined ingot case 10.
After filling is completed, the molten metal is injected into the next movable ingot case 10 from the lowermost rotatable pouring pipe 5a, and each of the ingot cases 10 arranged in parallel is filled with the molten metal. The ingot conveyor 11 transports the ingot to a predetermined location.

(a) A cylindrical pourer rotates in synchronization with the running of the ingot conveyor, and pours molten metal one by one from each pouring pipe provided in the cylindrical pourer into each ingot case arranged intermittently in parallel. As a result, hot water can be accurately and reliably supplied into each ingot case, there is no spillage of hot water, and there is no chance of molten metal falling into the interconnected parts of the ingot cases that are installed in series, making it possible to reliably produce clean single ingots. can get.

(b) The molten metal transferred from the melting furnace to the hot water supply container is guided to the cylindrical pourer via the molten metal receiver, and is poured from the lowest pouring pipe according to the rotation speed of the rotating cylindrical pourer. Since the amount of molten metal dispensed can be determined, it is very easy to control the amount of molten metal poured out, and the weight of the ingot can be arbitrarily determined by adjusting the motor.

(C) Slightly tilt the cylindrical pourer, etc. so that the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical pourer and the pouring pipe located at the lowest position form a gentle downward slope toward the ingot conveyor, which can run horizontally. Since the molten metal is installed in the ingot case, the molten metal is poured into the ingot case quietly and smoothly, and the molten metal does not scatter, making it extremely safe.
