Currently, lightweight and easy-to-handle aluminum is widely used for building window frames and buildings. Although the surface of these aluminum materials is treated with alumite processing to prevent corrosion, there are many accidents in which scratches and deformation occur due to contact during transportation and installation. Each time, it had to be replaced with new material.

In addition, the exterior walls of buildings and the outside of window frames that are exposed to the outside air are directly exposed to sunlight and wind and rain, so over time the surface treatment layer such as alumite peels off and gradually discolors. It was extremely unsightly as it would smudge and corrode.

For this reason, conventional methods have been to repair scratches, dents, and discolored or corroded areas by applying metallic paint that is a mixture of clear and aluminum paint.
The metallic paint gradually darkened over time, and the color was slightly different from the alumite surface color, so it was impossible to get rid of the impression that it had been repaired.

In view of the above-mentioned points, the present invention was developed as a result of experimental research conducted by mixing various pigments and the like in various proportions.

The present inventor has conducted research and research on conventional metallic paints1; as a result, there are almost no paints that have the same gloss and strength as paint, and they are particularly prone to discoloration or lack of gloss. It turned out to be a major cause.

Therefore, in order to make these paints shine and shine, if you only use a clear mixture of conventional aluminum paint, it will discolor as mentioned above! Since there is little luster, we came up with the idea that if we mixed these with pigments that produce pearlescent luster, we could obtain a paint with excellent luster, so we decided to add pigments that produce pearlescent luster to conventional metallic paints. Or,
Or, as a result of various experiments by mixing other pigments, 5% of pearlescent pigment was added to 200cc of clear.
Using 0.8 g of Cl aluminum powder, 0.2 J of brass powder, urethane resin as a binder, and 100 g of thinner.
It has been found that a mixture of CC ratios is optimal.

Next, to show a specific example of the present invention, Clear 20
For 0cc, add 50g of pearlescent powder pigment called Burl Glaze (manufactured by Nihon Koken Co., Ltd.), 0.8g of aluminum powder, which is generally used as silver powder, and 7277, which is generally used as gold powder. Using 0.2 g of brass powder and urethane resin as a binder, 100 cc of thinner for the urethane resin was added and mixed to make a paint.

Next, to explain an example of how to use this paint, to remove scratches caused by transporting or installing walls of buildings, aluminum window frames, etc., apply a wash or epoxy primer, and then apply putty, etc. to the scratched areas. The paint was then sprayed onto it using a spray gun. As a result, the scratches were completely repaired and were completely unnoticeable, making the product as good as new.

Furthermore, when a corroded or discolored aluminum sash window frame was subjected to primer treatment in the same manner as described above, and the paint according to the present invention was applied thereon, the color of the anodized surface was the same as when replaced with a new aluminum sash. A surface with the same beautiful gloss was obtained. The paint according to the present invention can be easily applied to iron and other metals, or to various building materials, and furthermore, after application, various coatings can be applied to the surface. If it is possible, the gloss will be much higher and the strength will be much stronger.

As explained above, the present invention solves the drawbacks of conventional metallic paints that only mix aluminum powder and brass powder by adding a pigment that emits nacreous acid, and further uses urethane resin as a binder. It has extremely high strength and can be used to repair external walls of buildings, aluminum sash, etc. It can easily repair scratches and dents, and even just by applying it, it will be as good as new. It is a paint that has excellent effects such as making it easier to maintain the exterior of buildings and extending the life of building materials.
