ロック図、第4図は本考案の標識体を無人搬送車の搬送
物移載アームと自動化設備の相対位置検出に使用した実
施例を示す斜視図、第5図は超音波パルスの反射波形の
例を示す図である。なお、図において、1は本考案の標
識体、2は直径の小さな円筒面、3は直径の大きな円筒
面、4は超音波送受波器、5は超音波パルス発生回路、
6は増幅回路、7は信号処理回路、8は制御回路、9は
超音波送受波器回転機構部、10は搬送物移載用アーム
、11は無人搬送車、12は搬送物、13は自動化設備
、14は搬送物や自動化設備からの反射波、15は標識
体の直径の大きな円筒面からの反射波、16は標識体の
直径の小さな円筒面からの反射波、17は直径の大きな
円筒面から□の反射波と直径の小さな円筒面からの反射
