DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is a container for filling viscous contents such as toothpaste, cosmetics, foods, and other pasty products, in which the contents are discharged from a discharge port by a bottom lid that moves along the inside of the container. The present invention relates to a packaging method for filling and packaging containers used by extrusion, and an apparatus therefor.

Generally, in a container in which a bottom cover or a piston of this type is provided within the container, the bottom cover or the piston must be sealed as advantageously as possible in order for the bottom cover or the piston to fully perform its function against the viscous contents before being filled and packaged. However, in the past, when the bottom cover or piston was inserted into the container, the air that entered the container did not escape and remained sealed, which not only adversely affected the quality of the contents but also caused inaccurate metering. The pump filling section is no longer available, and there are significant inconveniences in automatic manufacturing and filling.

Then, by starting the moving mechanism of the conveyors 1 and 5 and the roller 9 and the transfer mechanism, and inverting the container a onto the cylindrical body 4 on the conveyor 1 manually or by an automatic loading device, the container a is filled. When the container a is transferred directly below the machine 2, the filling operation with the viscous content C is automatically performed, and then the transfer mechanism causes the container a to enter the press insertion section B, and the container a is inserted into the chute 6.
The bottom cover is automatically loaded when it comes directly below the bottom cover, and the guide rail on the lower slope part is moved to the left side in Figures 1 and 2 by the conveyor 5. 6
The air d between the viscous contents C is gradually and continuously lowered and the tip 7 is continuously covered with a bottom cover.
At the same time, the contents C move toward the discharge port f via the check valve e, and while the air g near the discharge port f is discharged from the discharge port f, the bottom cover is pressed and inserted. will be held. After the end of this suppressed insertion operation, the guide rail 6 is tilted upward, the chips 7 are gradually removed from the container, and the sealed package is removed, for example, onto the ejection chute 10 by an ejection mechanism (not shown). It is supplied falling and sent to the next process.

In this case, since the pressing insertion operation of the bottom cover, that is, the lowering movement of the bushing 8 is performed continuously, the sealed packaging can be carried out under reliable deaeration. By reducing the traveling speed of the moving mechanism or adjusting the slope of the guide rail 6, the above degassing effect can be further ensured.

Here, to explain the above-mentioned suppressing insertion operation in more detail, as described later, the bottom cover is inserted into the container a while its seal lip is in contact with the cylindrical inner wall of the container a and is guided by the inner wall. The shape is such that the air d that is inserted between itself and the contents at the time of insertion is reliably degassed out of the container a. A cap a' is fitted to the discharge port f so as to surround it, but since it is designed to maintain airtightness to the extent that a slight amount of air can circulate, the bottom cover is inserted. The contents are pushed into a dome partitioned into the container and moved toward the discharge port f, and air g near the discharge port f is discharged from the discharge port f. In addition, it is preferable that the sliding surface of the bottom lid of the container a has a rough surface having slight irregularities, so that degassing can be carried out more smoothly.

The present invention provides continuous and gradual pressure insertion of the bottom cover in order to enable accurate push-filling of the viscous contents while providing the above-mentioned degassing effect when filling the viscous contents into the container a having such a structure. It is characterized by carrying out the following.

In the present invention, the pressing insertion speed of the bottom lid into the container a, that is, the moving speed of the bottom lid (in the case of the embodiment, the descending speed)
are extremely important, including the shape of the container a, the roughness of its inner wall surface, the shape of the seal lip, the viscosity of the viscous contents, and the check valve e.
It varies depending on the structure, etc., but generally 200 + a
It is preferable that the speed be as slow as / 'See or below.
50-150ffi if the viscous content is relatively low viscosity
I/sec, 10-40 ran/S for high viscosity
It is even more preferable to use eC. Note that it is also extremely effective to perform suppressive insertion while gradually reducing the moving speed.

In addition, in this suppressing insertion operation, the air g in the dome partitioned into the container is usually relatively easily discharged,
Next, the viscous contents are pushed into the dome deep in the container and the air d is degassed, so it is preferable to gradually increase the pressing force of the button 8 against the bottom cover as the bottom Jb moves. .

Next, FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the button 8 is the same as the example in FIG. The difference is that a plurality of containers a into which bottom caps have been placed are simultaneously and intermittently transferred, and a bottom cap insertion operation is simultaneously performed for these containers while these containers a are stopped.

A group of book containers a are intermittently transferred to the left in the drawing, but when each container a is located directly under each pusher 8, the conveyor 5 stops temporarily, and during this stop, the conveyor 5 stops moving. The cam 11 continuously moves to the right by one pitch of the bushing, that is, the distance p, and the operation of pressing and inserting the bottom cover and the operation of removing the tip 7 from the container a are performed in series. Next, the conveyor 5 resumes running, and when the next group of containers comes directly under each squeezer, the conveyor 5 stops again, and this time, the cam 11 continuously moves to the left by one pusher pitch, and in the same way, the suppressing insertion operation is performed. It will be done.
