図である。 １・・・シリンダ、２・・・ピストン、３・・・圧力制
御室、４・・・大気室、５・・・弁口、８・・・スプー
ル弁、９・・・給気通路、１１・・・給気口、１２・・
・排気孔、１３・・・排気弁、１４・・・スプリング。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ピストンを往復動自由に内装し、該ピストンにより大気
    圧と圧力制御室とに区画するごとくしたシリンダの一側
    に弁口を設けて、該弁口に、前記圧力制御室に開口する
    給気通路をもち、先端を前記圧力制御室に露出させて、
    前記ピストンに対向するごとくしたスプール弁を前記ピ
    ストンと開方゛向に往復動自由に内装すると共に、前記
    弁口に前記スプール弁の往動で前記給気通路と連通遮断
    し、復動で連通する給気口と、前記圧力制御室に開口す
    る排気通路とを設け、かつ、前記スプール弁の前部に、
    該スプール弁の往動で前記排気通路を開き、復動で閉じ
    る排気弁を設け、後部に大径部を設ける一方、前記シリ
    ンダに、前記ピストンをスプール弁側に付勢して該ピス
    トン及び前記スプール弁を復動させるスプリングを内装
    し、かつ、前記スプール弁にお番する大径部背面室と前
    記シリンダとの間に、前記背面室を前記ピストンの往動
    位置で前記圧力制御室に連通し、復動位置で前記大気室
    と連通ずる連通路を設けたことを特徴とする圧力流体動
    力装置。
