Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高圧空気源とピストンに太いロンドを連結した差動シリ
    ンダのロッド室との間に、該ロッド室を高圧空気源と大
    気とに切換連通させる給排切換弁を接続すると共に、高
    圧空気源と差動シリンダのヘッド室との間に、通電量に
    応じた開口量でヘッド室を高圧空気源と大気とに連通さ
    せる電空圧力弁を接続したことを特徴とする差動シリン
    ダの駆動装置。
