Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ孔を形成したシリンダ本体と、シリンダ孔に摺
    動自在に挿入し液圧発生室を区画する作動ピストンと、
    該作動ピストンを復帰位置に付勢する復帰ばねと、シリ
    ンダ本体に固定した半径方向に延びる軸状部材と、前記
    作動ピストンの中央部に設けられ前記軸状部材が嵌入す
    る長穴と、該長穴と作動液リザーバとを連通ずる連通路
    と、前記長穴から作動ピストンの端部まで貫設した通孔
    と、該通孔内に摺動自在に設けられ長大と液圧売先室と
    を連通ずる通路を有する開弁部材と、前記通路を遮断可
    能に作動ピストンの端部に設けた弁体とを備え、該弁体
    を非作動時には前記開弁部材を介して開弁可能にしたマ
    スクシリンダにおいて、前記通孔内壁と前記開弁部材と
    の間に絞り通路を設け、かつ前記通路の弁体側の開口を
    、該弁体から離隔した位置の前記絞り通路内に設けると
    共に、前記開弁部材が所定の距離摺動をしたとき、前記
    開口の少なくとも一部が前記通孔端部を越えるようにし
    たことを特徴とするマスクシリンダ。
