Abstract

PURPOSE:To massproduce halogen lamps having good efficiency by a method wherein an inner cylindrical bulb having a filament projected from the opposite side of its head is connected with lead-in wires adhered to a sealing bead while being covered by an outer cylindrical bulb on a carbon jig and sealed by heating inside of a vacuum box. CONSTITUTION:A tungsten filament 3 is formed downwardly opened, a bead 7'' is made of the glass having an expansion coefficient accordant with that of tungsten while being covered by a bulb 2 made of the same glass and having a round head in order to be set on a jig A. After putting this into a pressure box while being vacuumized, halogen gas is led in while being sealed by heating in a box in order to constitute an inner cylindrical bulb 2 having a filament projected to the opposite side of its round parts. The tungsten filament projected from the bulb 2 is covered by a heat preventive coil made of molybdenum in order to be connected with the lead-in wires 5 adhered to the sealing bead 7. A white porcelain holding plate 4 is fixed while being covered by an outer cylindrical bulb 1 having a round or lens-shaped head on the carbon jig A and being sealed by heating in a vacuum box in order to obtain a halogen lamp having dual structure and the vacuumized middle.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the manufacture of halogen lamps. Conventional halogen lamps require the outer bulb to be heated to a high temperature in order to cause the halogen cycle. ('/) When using a bulb, there was always a problem with the heat of the outer cylinder bulb and the rise in temperature around it due to that heat. Furthermore, if the temperature of the outer bulb is lowered to avoid this, the halogen cycle will not be performed sufficiently, resulting in the inconvenience of significantly shortening the life of the lamp. For this reason, there are many restrictions on the use of halogen lamps due to heat, which limits the places where they can be used, making it particularly difficult to use them in narrow spaces.

Therefore, in the present invention, a tungsten filament is molded into a U-shape with a downward opening in order to maintain the temperature of the Haloken cycle inside the cylindrical bulb while cutting off thermal conduction to the outer bulb and keeping the outer bulb at a low temperature. A bead is made of tungsten that can withstand high temperatures and glass that has a high expansion coefficient, and a bulb with a circular head made of the same glass as the bead is placed on top of the bead, placed on a jig, and then sealed in a pressure-sealed box. A halogen lamp (Cj) was made by placing the tungsten filament in a circular shape and forming an inner cylinder bulb protruding from the opposite side by introducing halogen gas and heat sealing in a pressurized sealing box. The tungsten wire protruding from the bulb [a coil made of molybdenum'f: was covered to prevent the lead wire from generating heat. This was connected to the lead wire solidified by the arriving beads, and then a white porcelain holder was used to hold the cylindrical valve. Attach the plate slightly below the center of the inner bulb, place the stiffener on a carbon jig, place the outer bulb with a circular or lens-shaped head over it, and place it in a vacuum box. It was heated and layer-resistant (Patent No. 9t!911/, No. 10g9
11! Item A) This is a halogen lamp with no heat conduction in the outer bulb, which creates a vacuum between the inner and outer bulbs by purchasing a double bulb.

The main feature of this lamp is that it is an efficient halogen lamp that can complete the halogen cycle without raising the ambient temperature, and it can be installed and used in the same socket as conventional lamps. In addition, this manufacturing method can produce several hundred uniform products at a time, making it cheaper and suitable for mass production than conventional manufacturing methods.
