を配し、又、その上部にビーズの位置を定めるための治
具を配し、こわを加圧型真空箱内に納め、加圧型真空箱
内を真空にし、次いで炭素治具に通電加熱し、加圧型真
空箱内及び装置治具等からのガス発生を促し、箱内の雰
囲気が同一条件になり、真空度が高まったところで真空
バ、−イレ、ブを閉め、封入ガスを導入し規定ガス圧に
す箱内のガス圧力と封着バルブ内ガス圧力に差が生じな
いようにして温度を上げ封着する。封着終了后直ちに通
電を止め加熱を終了して一度に多数の製品を製造する小
