多数の穴を設けたバルブ保持治具上に、頭部を円形又は
レンズ状に成形した外筒バルブを、頭部をバルブ保持治
具に装着し、次にフィラメントを取り付けた封着ビーズ
を既に設置された外筒バルブの開口部の内側に封着ビー
ズが接するように設置し、その外側に、加熱用炭素治具
を配し、又、その上部にビーズの位置を定めるための治
具を配し、これを加圧型真空箱内に納め、加圧型真空箱
内を真空にし、次いで炭素治具に通電加熱し、加圧型真
空箱内及び装置治具等からのガス発生を促し、箱内の雰
囲気が同一条件になり、真空度が高まったところで真空
バルブを閉め、封入ガスを導入し規定ガス圧にする。次
いで、炭素治具の通電を強め、温度を上のガス圧が少し
旨くなるようにする。次いで通電を止め、加熱を終了し
て一度に多数の製品を製造する小型ガス入りランプの製
