When using a valve, there was always a problem with the heat from the outer valve and the rise in ambient temperature caused by that heat. Furthermore, if the temperature of the outer bulb is lowered to avoid this, the halogen cycle will not be performed sufficiently, resulting in the inconvenience of significantly shortening the life of the lamp. For this reason, there are many restrictions on the use of halogen lamps due to heat, which limits the places where they can be used, making it particularly difficult to use them in narrow spaces.

Beads were made from tungsten, which can withstand high temperatures, and glass with a high expansion coefficient, and a cylindrical bulb made from the same glass as the beads was placed on a jig, and the beads were placed in a pressure-sealed box and evacuated. Later, halogen gas was introduced and heat sealed in a pressure sealing box to create a halogen lamp with an inner cylinder bulb with tungsten filaments protruding from both ends. Connect to the
This was placed on a carbon jig, and an outer bulb with a circular or lens-shaped head was placed over it and sealed by heating in a vacuum box (Domestic Patent No. 96!9g1 It is a halogen lamp with a double structure, and a vacuum is created between the inner bulb and the outer bulb, and there is no heat conduction in the outer bulb.

In addition, this manufacturing method can produce several hundred uniform products at a time, so it is cheaper and suitable for mass production than conventional manufacturing and pickling methods.
