るものにおいて、上記クロスメンバはその長手方向両端
部で同タロスメンバのフランジが上記サイドフレームの
下面に固着されるように上記フロアパネルの下面の高さ
から同サイドフレームの下面の高さに向けて斜面を介し
て徐々に下っており、上記サイドフレームの内側面に当
接する縦壁面を有しかつ両側縁部のフランジを上記クロ
スメンバの斜面部のフランジの上面に夫々固着された補
