Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はトラック、トレーラーの煽取付構造に関するも
のである。
通常トラック、トレーラーの荷台端縁に外方に回動自在
に蝶着した煽の下端面は平面で、又下端面が接する荷台
端縁の上面も平面であって、煽下端部を荷台端縁に取付
ているのは蝶番を介してのみである。
従って荷台上に積荷を載置して走行すると、振動等によ
り積荷が内側より押圧するため煽が側方へ膨張して蝶番
が破損する等の問題があった。
又煽の下端面も荷台端縁の上面も共に平面であるため水
切り効果が悪かった。
本案は以上の問題に鑑み、トラック、トレーラーの荷台
端縁に外方に回動自在に蝶着した煽の下端面に突出部を
設け、この突出部が嵌合する凹状部を荷台端縁の上面に
設けることによって以上の問題を解決するものである。
以下図面により本案の実施例について説明する。
第１図は本案によるトラック、トレーラーの煽取付構造
の一実施例を示す。
第２図は煽を外方に回動した場合の要部拡大図を示す。
本実施例に示すトラック、トレーラーの荷台１の端縁は
断面コ字型のボテ゛−レール２を固着して形或している
。
このボテ゛−レール２の上面には煽３が蝶番４を介して
外方に回動自在に設けられている。
前記煽３の下端面には突出部５が設けられ、この突出部
５が嵌合する凹状部６が前記前台１の端縁すなわちボデ
ーレール２の上面に設けられている。
従って、第１図に示す如く煽３をボデーレール２の上面
に立設すると、突出部５と凹状部６が互に嵌合する。
本案は以上の作用構戒からなっているので、荷台１上に
積荷を載置して走行した際、振動等により積荷が内側よ
り押圧しても、突出部５と凹状部６が互に嵌合していて
煽３が側方へ膨張することはない。
又蝶番も必要最少限あればよい。さらに突出部５と凹状
部６が互に嵌合しているため、煽３とボデーレール２と
の間隙から水、鹿介の侵入を防ぐことが出来る。

  1. トラック、トレーラーの荷台端縁に外方に回転自在に蝶
    着した煽の下端面に突出部を設け、この突出部が嵌合す
    る凹状部を荷台端縁の上面に設けたトラック、トレーラ
