Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 のシール材として、あるいは、ガスケント等として用い
るシール材用シートに関するものであり、製造容易であ
って密着性がよく、極めてすぐれたシール性能を発揮す
るシール材用シートを提供することを目的とするもので
ある。
本発明はアスベスト、ゴム等の板状素材を圧縮成形して
その表面に多数の凹陥部を規則的ないし不規則的に配置
形成してなるシール材用シートであり、図面はその実施
例を示すものである。図中１はアスベスト、ゴム等のガ
スケントやパノキン、その他シール材に適しタ素材のシ
ートであり、２はシート１を熱プレスしてその表面全域
に亘って生成せしめた凹陥部で、例えば基盤の目状等に
規則正しく、あるいは、不規則に配置する。凹陥部２の
深さは、例えば０．３〜０．４ｍｍとする。３は凹陥部
２生成の際に型押しされずに残ってできた突条で、図示
したように凹陥部２を基盤の目状に配したときは縦横の
交差線状となって表われる。突条３の断面は三角形、半
円形、台形等適宜形状とする（第２図参照９。なお、本
発明に係るシートを使用するに際し、凹陥部２内にゴム
、樹脂等の接着性充填剤を注入することもある。このシ
ート１は、例えば１ｍ平方単位で製造する。
本発明に係るシートを使用するには、パノキン、ガスケ
ントその他用途に合わせて所望形状に型抜きする。そし
て、このシート１を結合すべき部材間に挟入して加圧す
ると、シート１表面の突条３が強く押圧され、第３図に
想像線で示すように圧潰されて撓む。その結果、その部
及びシート１裏面の突条３該当部のシール性、延いては
シート１表裏全体におけるシール面圧が単なる平板の場
合よりも飛躍的に向上する。
また、凹陥部２内に充填剤を注入しておいたときは、シ
ート１の密着性は完全なものとなる。
本発明は上述した通りであるから、シール性にすぐれた
シートが簡単に得られ、これからシール性を要求されろ
各種製品を打抜（だげで容易に製造し５る効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. アスベスト、ゴム等の板状素材を圧縮成形してその表面
    に多数の凹陥部を規則的ないし不規則的に配置形成して
    なるシール材用シート。
