Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （１）技術分野 本発明はワイヤドツトプリンタの印字ヘッドに関する。
（２）技術の背景 ワイヤドツトプリンタ用の印字ヘッドは、第１図に示す
ように、複数本の印字ワイヤ１を円周上に支持する第１
の支持板２と、ワイヤ１を直線上に支持する第２の支持
板３と、ワイヤ１の先端を直線上に支持するワイヤガイ
ド４とを、順次平行して設けである。ここではワイヤ１
の先端を１直線に配列しであるが、千鳥に配列してもよ
い。
印字ヘッドは、印字時のワイヤの往復運動による摩耗が
少ないことの他に、ワイヤ自身の摩耗が少ないことおよ
び横振動が少ないことを要求される。
（３）従来技術と問題点 従来、ワイヤガイド４は第１図に示すように平板であっ
て、これに隣接したワイヤ支持板３との間に空間５があ
り、この空間５において印字ワイヤ１が遊んでいるので
、横振動が生じ易い欠点があった。
（４）発明の目的 本発明の目的は上記欠点を解消することである。
（５）発明の構成 本発明の上記目的は、ドツトマトリックス型インパクト
プリンタの印字ヘッドであって、印字ヘッドの先端部に
おいて、ワイヤガイドと、これに隣ｔｄＬ、たワイヤ支
持板との間に、ワイヤを通す孔を明けた樹脂を充填して
なる印字ヘッドによって達成することができる。
充填する樹脂はエポキシ樹脂または不飽和ポリエステル
樹脂が適当である。樹脂は、ワイヤによる摩耗を防ぐた
め耐摩耗性粒子たとえばアルミナ、窒化はう素もしくは
炭化はう素の粒子を含むことが望ましい。またワイヤの
運動を円滑にするため潤滑性粒子たとえば二硫化モリブ
デンまたはふっ累樹脂の粒子を含むことも好まし込。
（６）実施例 第１図に示す９本の印字ワイヤ１を備えた印字ヘッドに
おいて、ワイヤガイド４とこれに隣接したワイヤ支持板
３との間の間隙５は６１ｍであった。印字ワイヤ１は直
径０．３５鱈であシ、ガイド４および支持板３の孔は直
径０．３７ｍであった。
印字ワイヤ１を除き、直径０．３６ｍの引抜き用ワイヤ
を挿入し、このワイヤの表面および間隙５を囲む表面に
離型剤を塗布した。
樹脂としてチバ社製アラルダイトＣＹ２３０　　を１０
０部、硬化剤としてチバ社製バードナＨＹ９５１を１０
部、これに耐摩耗性粒子として平均粒径０．３μｍの焼
成アルミナ５０部および潤滑性粒子として平均粒径０．
５μ簿の二硫化モリブデン２０部を充填混合し、気泡を
除き、ワイヤガイド４とワイヤ支持板３との間の間隙５
に注型し、硬化させて、ガイド４と支持板３との間にワ
イヤ１を通す孔をあけた樹脂ブロック６を形成した。
この印字ヘッドに直径０．３５１１１の印字ワイヤを使
用して、１８０字／秒の速度で印字試験を行なった。ア
ルファベット０字を１０回、すなわちドツト数２×１０
　を印字した結果、ワイヤの折損もなく、ワイヤガイド
に変化が認められず、またワイヤの横振動が少ないため
、高速印字においても印字が鮮明であった。
（７）発明の効果 本発明のワイヤドツトプリンタの印字ヘッドは、従来の
板状のワイヤガイドと比べて、印字の鮮明さにおいて勝
シ、かつ摩耗が少ない結果を得た。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、　ドツトマトリックス臘インノ（クトプリンタの印
    字ヘッドであって、印字ヘッドの先端部において、ワイ
    ヤガイドと、これに隣話したワイヤ支持板との間に、ワ
    イヤを通す孔を明けた樹脂を充填してなる印字ヘッド。 ２、樹脂がエポキシ樹脂または不飽和ポリエステル樹脂
    である、特許請求の範囲第１項記載の印字ヘッド。 ３、樹脂が耐摩耗性充填材粒子を含む、特許請求の範囲
    第１項または第２項記載の印字ヘッド。 ４、樹脂がさらに潤滑性充填材粒子を含む、特許請求の
    範囲第１項〜第３項記載の印字ヘッド。 ５、耐摩耗性粒子が、アルミナ、窒化はう素もしくは炭
    化はう素の粒子、またはこれらの粒子の混合物である、
    特許請求の範囲第３項記載の印字ヘッド。 ６、潤滑性粒子が、二硫化モリブデンもしくはふり素樹
    脂の粒子、またはこれらの粒子の混合物である、特許請
    求の範囲第４項記載の印字ヘッド。
