Claims (1)
極を有するとともに他方の面に所定ピッチで配列する複
数個の薄膜電極を有する放射線検出部と、前記複数個の
薄膜電極の配列ピッチに対応する。ピッチで配列した複
数個のリード線パターンを有するプリント板と、前記複
数個の薄膜電極に当該薄膜電極と対応する複数個のリー
ド線パターンがそれぞれ接触するように前記プリント板
を押圧する押圧手段とを具備し、前記各薄膜電極に得ら
れる信号電流を前記プリント板の各リード線パターンを
